Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't create an account.
Account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content that's illegal where you or we operate. Don't use the service to harass other users.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime from settings; your plan drops to Free at the end of the current billing period.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
Liability
BeeKap is provided as-is. We do our best to keep your photos safe, but we recommend keeping a separate backup of irreplaceable content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BeeKap is registered.
