Pricing questions
Do you offer a yearly discount?
Yes. Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so you get two months free.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's broken on our end, yes. Email us and we'll make it right.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
New uploads are blocked. Existing photos remain accessible. Free up space or upgrade to continue.
Are there business or family plans?
Not yet. Each plan is for one person for now, and business plans aren't available yet either.
